Depending on the design of the UV system, effective output contains about 50% of the UV radiation and 50% reflective. This means that in addition to the UV lamp the reflector condition and quality are the most important feature for efficient drying. For best drying results in the highest quality, it is important that the lamp and reflector are in optimum condition. Dirty headlights can reduce efficiency even from 55% to 75%. |
